Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence has two seperate communities, Anthem Sun City and Anthem Merrill Ranch Parkside.

Anthem Merrill Ranch is expected to become a fully self sustaining community with commercial growth surrounding and supporting it like it’s sister community in North Phoenix. The amenities in true Anthem fashion will be outstanding. Some of the ammenities offered are; 18-hole Poston Butte Golf Club, Soccer fields, Anthem Community Center, Skate park, Big Splash Water Park, Softball and baseball fields, Anthem Aquatic Center, Walking paths and trails, Anthem Tennis Center, Catch-and-release lake, Sand volleyball courts as well as Basketball/multi-purpose courts.

Solera at Chandler

Solera this Del Webb Active Adult Community features resort style living in a spectacular desert setting. It has a championship golf course, club house, restaurant, 2 pools, spa, state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, billiards room, computer room and library. It completed building in 2005.

Solera at Johnson Ranch

Solera at Johnson Ranch is a Del Webb Active Adult Community located within Johnson Ranch but yet separated by a series of foothills. It has its own gated entry and because it surrounds the foothills, Solera offers some of the best home sites in all of Johnson Ranch including many lining the golf course, hugging the hillsides or nestled in quiet cul-de-sacs. They have a recreation center of their own featuring a billiards room, fitness center, library and outdoor pool.

Sun Lakes

Sun Lakes is an active adult retirement community located alongside I-10, south of the Phoenix metropolitan area, and approximately 6 miles south of Chandler. Robson Communities started the adult resort community in 1972. It has a thriving country club with many amenities, five golf courses, grocery stores, a fire station, work-out facilities, tennis courts, service clubs, and religious organizations. With I-10 as its Western border, Sun Lakes offers a small town atmosphere with easy access to the city

Sunland Springs Village

Sunland Spring Village in Mesa was just awarded for the second year, the JD Powers number one plaque for customer satisfaction with New home builders in Phoenix. Sunland Springs Village homes are included in the few communities offering block construction, The community offers beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains, great air, an 18 hole golf course, pools, tennis and amenities galore.This is one of the few Active Adult Communities in the valley building condos as well as single family homes. New construction is still available.

Trilogy at Power Ranch

Trilogy at Power Ranch is a gated, private Active Adult resort community that will nourish the soul, comfort the heart and excite the imagination. The Boulders

The Boulders is a very prestigious resort community sharing zip codes with both Scottsdale and Carefree. Elegant homes and villas blend into the desert strewn with giant boulders. Firerock

Sun Ridge Canyon

Power Ranch

The second clubhouse is now opened to serve the second half of the development. 
 

Las Sendas

Las Sendas is built on the Usery Mountain Park against the edge of the Tonto National Forest with miles of footpaths, trails and bike paths, covering over 2,500 acres, Las Sendas offers breath-taking views in all directions. Seville

DC Ranch

DC Ranch This nationally acclaimed private golf and residential community at the base of the McDowell Mountains provides panoramic views of Scottsdale and Phoenix below. Mountain Brook Village is a 55+ active adult community located about 45 minutes east of  Sky Harbor airport. The community is popular among full time residents and "snow-birds".
